This course prepares students to design and implement exercise programs for individuals with diverse needs, including those with injuries, chronic conditions, physical limitations, and varying levels of ability. Students will examine principles of adaptive training, inclusive coaching, and individualized program design. Emphasis is placed on modifying movement patterns, ensuring safety, and maintaining performance outcomes while addressing the unique needs of each client.
