This course examines performance development strategies specific to obstacle course racing and tactical-style endurance events. Students analyze metabolic demands, movement patterns, grip strength development, load carriage, climbing mechanics, and hybrid strength-endurance integration. Emphasis is placed on needs analysis, acute variable manipulation, seasonal preparation phases, hydration and fueling strategies, and psychological resilience. Students design structured training programs that integrate strength, endurance, mobility, and mental preparedness within professional scope of practice.
