This course examines evidence-based corrective strategies designed to address movement dysfunction and restore performance capacity. Students explore skeletal, muscular, and neuromuscular system interactions as they relate to faulty movement patterns, joint instability, soft tissue restrictions, and motor control deficits. Emphasis is placed on movement analysis, stability and mobility integration, functional assessment, corrective exercise programming, and professional scope of practice. Students develop competency in identifying dysfunction, implementing targeted interventions, and recognizing when referral to medical professionals is appropriate.
